It is ideal to use as a pre-heatedsupport for shapes moulds, oven dishes and acts as a base for flan rings andcake hoops. The wide rim on the outside of the tin, featuring silicone insertsfor added grip when taking to and from a hot oven. Developed to resist stickingfrom higher sugar content baking, the non-stick coating is silicone based,multi-layer and manufactured free of PFOA.
